early breakfast cutoff unattentive staff
I found a significant drawback. Breakfast ended too early at 10:30 am. the staff seemed more focused on themselves rather than attending to guests. this created delays and a lack of personalized service. i observed them chatting amongst themselves frequently. It diminished the attentiveness i expected, especially at breakfast.

beautiful decor friendly staff tasty choice
The hotel decor features beautiful designs. The staff members were quite friendly! The free passes to the skywalk next door were a nice perk. I really appreciated the cafe-quality breakfast. The menu had tasty choices.

missing bath products onion smell
The hotel staff were friendly. They helped me especially at check-in, and ensured everything went smoothly.
I found several problems. The room didn't have bath products. You need to get out of the bath to get soap near the shower area. This soap is fixed to the wall, hardly relaxing. The room smelled badly of onion, seemingly coming through the vents. Housekeeping sprayed the room quickly. It seemed to me that this occurred before.
